Payments on account: guidance for counsel
In response to a number of requests for assistance from counsel, the Legal Services Commission and the Bar Council have agreed to issue joint guidance about the Commission's current review of payments on account in publicly funded cases. The guidance can be found in the Documents section on the right hand side of this page.Appeals Manual 2006
The Appeals Manual (under Documents, on the right hand side of the page) replaced the Review Panel Members Handbook and supports changes to our appeals procedures from 9 October 2006.
