Survey deadline extended to Friday 30 May - respond online or by post

We are carrying out an IT survey to establish the current state of IT literacy and usage within the legal aid market.

This survey will also give an indication of what investment may be necessary by the provider base for any future expansions of electronic working, including the proposals outlined in the consultation paper Managing Legal Aid Cases in Partnership - Delivery Transformation.

Deadline extended

We would like to encourage all providers to fill in the IT survey. We have extended the deadline to Friday 30 May, to ensure we have as many responses as possible.

Your responses are extremely valuable in providing important insight when designing future processes and enabling us to understand the impact on you of any changes we introduce.

The information will also help us understand how best to support you through the introduction of any further electronic working.

Thank you to all providers who have already responded, for those who haven’t there is still time.

Paper copies

Although we would prefer to receive responses online, we want to ensure that all providers have the opportunity to respond to the survey. Therefore, in the next few days we will post out the survey to all providers.

We would like responses to the paper survey to be returned by Friday 30 May, the same date as for the online survey. If you have already completed the survey online, there is no need to fill it out again in paper.
