What is the Charter Mark?

This is the government's national standard for customer service excellence. It enables an orgnaisation to focus on and improve customer service. 

Obtaining the charter mark reflects our vision and shows our commitment to improving customer service.

How we achieved it

We successfully achieved the Charter Mark on 6 September 2007. 

The process involved a vigorous review of our processes. Particular emphasis was on:
