Client Diversity Group
The LSC is committed to meeting the diverse needs of clients so they can access the help they need to address their problems.
We are pleased to announce that we are establishing a client diversity group and invite legal aid providers and client representative organisations to nominate potential members.
Please read the document LSC Client Diversity Group Nomination Information and submit a nomination using the nomination form.

Leading by example
The LSC is committed to leading by example in promoting an environment that values diversity and respects difference.
Our focus is to meet the diverse needs of our clients by:
- commissioning legal aid services from a diverse group of providers
- ensuring that diversity is at the heart of the organisation.

What diversity means for us
Diversity for us means:
- setting a level playing field so that everyone has the opportunity to realise their potential
- creating a culture of respect
- supporting an inclusive environment
- valuing our differences and understanding that we are stronger because of them.
Our diversity goals
Moving forward we need to:
- drive diversity performance and share good practice
- set clear targets for improvement
- send a clear message across the organisation of the importance of diversity to our overall business agenda.
